Delete your Lexavo account

From the app

1. Open the Lexavo app and sign in.
2. Tap the « More » tab (Settings), then « Delete my account ».
3. Confirm twice. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Without the app

Email us from your account's email address with the subject « Account deletion ». We delete the account and confirm within one month at most (GDPR Article 12).

Data deleted

Your account (email, encrypted password, preferences), your questions and conversations, your document analyses, your Campus progress (quizzes, flashcards, badges), your shared notes and group memberships, your devices registered for notifications and your links to a course platform.

Data kept

The security log keeps an anonymised record of the operation, with no link to you. If you paid for a subscription, invoices are kept by our payment provider (Stripe) for the period required by accounting law.
